I have been playing this game for about 6 years now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is very unique in that it is based upon the Bible. It is published by Cactus Game Design, Inc (see Website) and is currently the longest running trading card game except Magic: The Gathering. Here is the full game description.

I was actually into Redemption for a long time. I had a pretty sweet Silver and Black deck (a fifty-six card deck that had a Three Lions Gaming value of over $125), and I always went for the best of the best.
ReplyDeleteAbout a year ago I stopped playing. Now, I think the card game itself is great, and I greatly enjoyed playing it with friends and at tournaments, but it simply consumed to much of my time and money. I learned a ton about people in the Bible through the cards, but in exchange, I was consumed with cards rather than who the cards and game refered to.
I still think Redemption is a great card game, and it's far better than many hobbies out there, but I think we need to always check our motivation and resources that we're willing to put in before diving into any hobby.
